We ship free on all orders over $85 U.S.D, anywhere in the United States.

 

The shipping time shown at checkout, is automatically calculated by USPS or UPS. If they say it's 2 day shipping, they mean that is the minimum amount of days it can arrive to you. If you live within a couple hours away from our distribution center, then that is an accurate time, otherwise further locations require longer shipping times.

 

Shipping time starts when the order is picked up from our distribution location, not when it's placed. We usually fulfill orders within 1-2 business days of them being placed. Our team will work as fast as possible to get your order out right away. If you place your order after 2:00 pm, it will be sent out the next day as our pick-up time is 3:30 pm. If you place an order over the weekend, please expect a longer shipping time as we are not open weekends.

 

Shipping cost is automatically calculated at checkout based on weight. If you are shipping overseas, your country's customs department may contact you about a tax required for your package. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for your country's imposed tax and additional fees. We have no control over that tax/fee, as it is country specific. We highly recommend checking with your country's import laws before ordering.

 

We do not take direct responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address provided is correct or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. If there is an undeliverable package due to incorrect address, we will contact you if shipped back to us but reattempt of delivery will be at the customer’s expense. These orders will NOT be allowed to be canceled.

 

All orders all fulfilled within two business days unless special expedited shipping is applied. You will receive an email with your tracking number and order information once your order has been shipped. Allow 24 hours of receiving your email to allow you’re tracking information to be updated.
